thanks for this update....I wish I had recognised (or Adobe experienced place some kind of message in ID), since it would have saved me a fair bit of time seeking to troubleshoot why I only receive the Home windows help save dialogue and never the help save to Resourceful Cloud window. thanks very much, I didnt recognize that there was not a cloud
